Transitional-Independent Housing Support Services
Temporary-to-Permanent
room and board with options designed to assist individuals in establishing a strong foundation for independence, achieve stable housing, and supports for a better future.
Counseling, Life-Skills Coaching & Case Management
Transitional- Independent Housing placement and Retention:
- Routine check-in's & goal planning.
- Referral-based support services including mental health care, substance abuse treatment, and community resource connections.
- Life skills development focused on budgeting, financial literacy, and independent living skills.
